Early Life and Educational Background
Erica Nlewedim was born to Eric Nlewedim Christian and Oby Nwokolo. She was raised by her mother in Lagos State.
Erica started her secondary school Education at Victory Grammer School, Lagos and later switched to Command Secondary School, Ikeja.
She graduated from Covenant University, Nigeria, with a degree in Business Administration.
Career
Erica Nlewedim started her modelling career in 2013. She became the brand Ambassador for Natures Gentle Touch, a hair and scalp care line that utilizes natural ingredients
In 2014, she contested for the Most Beautiful Girl In Nigeria. Although she didn’t win it, the pageant earned her M.B.G.N. Miss Photogenic award and massive recognition. All these helped her to gain more popularity, which made her appear in a Peak Milk TV commercial.
Erica rose to fame when she joined the Big Brother Reality Show in 2020. She was later kicked off the show for breaking House rules, threatening to kill a fellow room-mate, restricting Price Nelson, her deputy, from sleeping in the head of the house room, provocation and interacting with the production crew
She first appeared as a movie actor in 2015, playing a major role in Secrets and Scandals. Erica also appeared in three seasons of a T.V. series, Royal Castle.
In 2018, she starred in a Horror movie, Once Upon Night, as Adaeze, a supporting character. She has also acted in movies and Tvseires such as Made in Heaven, Win or Lose, Dead Rites, Being Farouk

The organization launched a Hunger Heroes Campaign, which successfully fed 1000 underprivileged individuals on the streets of Lagos, Nigeria.
